EPISODE REVIEWS

Another slow-paced episode. Here, we get to see more of Herve, the person who owns the mansion which the girls died in. We see him in a different light where he's shown to be, not as a psychotic cold blooded killer, but a sympathetic person who wants to save his family. It's a great way to show that he's got something to fight for like the girls do, and not for the sake of being evil. The episode does drag a bit, but still solid overall.

I wasn't expecting to get this invested in the bigger picture this early. The more time the show spends with people outside the main group, the more complicated everything feels. Nobody really comes across as completely right or wrong, and I love that about this series.

We finally get to know a bit more of the mysterious blonde guy and his ordeal, not much info into how it relates to the rest of the plot threads but enough to keep the questions going. Not bad, I think I can finally say I'm starting to like this series.
