Can I just say the intro changing per episodes is super nice? Kudos to the studio, it's a labor of love. ♥️ So, Charlotte Cup: it's chaos! The comedy's out of the box, as usual and gold. So much spinning lol! Looks like someone's overprotective~ I'm loving this development!

This episode takes the "martial arts sports" concept to the ice, and it’s every bit as chaotic as you’d expect. The tension between Ranma and Akane is front and center here.

The skating cup for "Charlotte" intensifies! I'm loving the progression of stakes on the episode and how disadvantaged Ranma seem due to his inability to skate. He's also showing that can try being more direct with his feelings, though there's still some hesitation. The pacing still feels fine in my honest opinion, but I do hope they can spice it up occasionally so that it will not be a weak/filler-like episode.

Ranma running around town trying to find the exact same photo? stores are closed. guy is stressed. finally finds an old guy who can recreate it. Ranma's face when he sees the finished thing? worth it. Akane's reaction? yeah she's still mad but... maybe not as mad. 💝

It's so sweet how Ranma was doing everything he could to make sure Akane didn't get hurt 😭🫶 it was hilarious how Akane always took it the wrong way tho~ the twists and antics in this ep were my favorite-- just pure chaos 🥹💖

Muy entretenido el combate el cual a medida que avanza el capítulo se pone más interesante y realmente admirable todo lo que Ranma hace por Akane para protegerla. Me encanta como los sentimientos entre Ranma y Akane afloran cada vez más. Ësto cada vez se pone más bueno.

Picking up directly from episode 8's confrontation over P-chan, this ninth episode deepens the martial arts pair skating arc by shifting focus from setup to full competition against Mikado and Azusa.
