I like it that they made the Martial Skating two parts! This part is more slapstick-ish and also just true pure chaos. How they won the cup is a hilarious. 😂 Also another new character, an Amazon; she's such a beauty but fierce! Aiyaaaaa what's with kisses and this anime 😂

This episode is pure mayhem on ice. Just when you think the skating duel couldn't get more complicated, Ryoga shows up and does what he does best: gets lost and makes a mess of things.

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 10 of 12, 'Kiss of Death' follows the martial arts ice skating showdown of Episode 9 and pivots the season toward its endgame by introducing Shampoo, a major new player whose arrival fundamentally reshapes the relationship dynamics around Ranma. This late-season character introduction raises the stakes heading into the final two episodes, expanding the web of rivalries and romantic entanglements that the season has been steadily building. It's a setup episode disguised as a standalone spectacle, planting seeds that will clearly pay off in the season's closing stretch.
