An awesome 1st episode to start off the reboot of the series. Somehow they managed to make it fresh but at the same time nostalgic. I like the new aesthetic style they are going for, mixing the manga style and at the same time the sticker magazines kind of style where you see white borders around almost every object. Having the most of the og voice actors back definitely tugs onto the nostalgic string too.

I really like how soft the features are now and the color pallette very inviting. Not too heavy and has a light feeling to it. The writing and the flow of the comedy is just natural, as always. Better fighting scenes too! Another thing I super noticed is how stellar the VAs are ♥
