Episode Context

Coming off the high-stakes Masters Tournament episodes focused on Ash's competitive climb, episode 126 deliberately pivots to give Go's parallel storyline its due before the series wraps in just ten more episodes. It bridges the gap between the tournament climax and the final run of episodes that will resolve both protagonists' journeys. As a recap, it ensures viewers have full context on Go's aspirations heading into the endgame stretch where his pursuit of Mew reaches its conclusion.
