EPISODE REVIEWS

This episode was great, though not as good as the previous two episodes. I love the trajectory of the pacing, and how the plot is moving naturally without being too fast or lagging. It truly is picking on our shipping fuel, and it's effectively done because I have my pairing 9/10

Episode Context

Sitting past the midpoint at episode 8 of 11, 'First Time' follows the dramatic tension of 'Buzz' and Akane's persona shift, using that momentum to pivot inward for deep character excavation rather than escalation. This episode serves as the emotional hinge of the reality show arc, processing the fallout of Akane's transformation while laying critical groundwork for the final stretch and the formation of B Komachi in the episodes ahead.
