Okay, hold up! Sora clearly means it literally. It was fun seeing Seikichi blush and be embarrassed. I kind of get what's happening with the monsters in this anime. We're still waiting for some answers to the mysteries that have been dropped in this episode. The ending was unexpected.

If I had a nickel for every time I have watched and grey/pale skinned nonhuman girl with aqua colored hair befriending/romantic love interest the main protagonist I would have 4 nickels, not a lot but it's strange it has happened four times.

The episode also gives more screen time to the quirky surrounding cast, establishing the row house as a chaotic yet charming sanctuary against Edo’s strict laws.
