The start of a new series is almost always the most important thing. This beginning tells us a lot and it hypes the future, but the true question is if we are going to understand the big question behind time travelling.

This seems like a more serious retrograde time travel anime compared to Tearmoon Empire. The main character Kyle is also smarter than Mia, although that's part of Tearmoon Empire's charms. The story is interesting and hopefully it won't disappoint.

This kind of story is my guilty pleasure, so I already like the premise. The characters feel a bit generic for this type of series. The opening scene throws a lot of lore and information at the viewer right away, which can be a bit overwhelming. At the same time, it does a good job of building anticipation and making me curious about how the story will differentiate from that point. I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes from here.
