Seems like the Karamazov is really getting serious about taking down KAngel. This moment develops the plot further. And the story starts to get more interesting as something happens with Michica.

Episode Context

Picking up after Episode 7's pivotal offline encounter between Ame and members of Karamazov, this episode deepens the tension that meeting introduced, shifting the focus inward onto KAngel's psychological state as outside forces begin to close in. Sitting at the series' midpoint, Episode 8 of 13, it functions as a pressure-building chapter rather than a resolution. What unfolds here directly shapes the evolving dynamic between KAngel and Karamazov heading into Episode 9.
