This intensely broke my heart. I like it when we can finally see another ayakashi's love story towards humans. It was heartbreaking, heartwarming, and bittersweet at the same time. I wish I could see more of their story.
The episode doesn't really gives the feels on every turn. Great storyline with a love story of the past that can not be and honestly a great episode to watch. Lore and that goes without saying the story was magnificent for this episode really gives the watchers the feeling hours so to speak.
The episode takes us back to that classic series mystery vibe. It’s an episode that balances a bit of creepiness with the series signature melancholy. It’s a bit of a slower burn compared to the previous episode, but it hits that bittersweet nuance perfectly.
