Yes, finally the story is going somewhere. Not only did they raise the stakes even higher and introduced characters that would certainly help our character's develop more, we finally move further away from fanservice overuse and focus on a tangible goal. It also helps that the art and animatiom substantially improved, I guess they do listen after all. Now I am excited to see where thee series is heading off to.

They introduced some new settings, but it looks a bit weird or out of place depending on what's happening in the scene. There's also a surprising part where you can actually catch some genuine tension in the characters' facial expressions.
