The mood gets more reflective here, but it never loses the warmth that makes the series comforting. Subaru taking a small step outside his usual routine feels bigger because the show has patiently built up who he is. It is calm, emotional, and honestly pretty peak iyashikei.
This episode was really emotional. Seeing Subaru travel to Tokushima, knowing it was a place his parents had planned to visit before they died, made him confront how much he still misses them. He starts to realise that there were parts of his parents’ lives and dreams that he never got to know.
A Subaru le fue tan bien con su historia que Kawase le recomienda escribir algo nuevo, pero las ideas no llegan. ¿Qué tal hacer un viaje que no pudo hacer en su momento? ¡Es un episodio muy emotivo y lleno de recuerdos!
