A softer episode that focuses more on relationships and small character moments. The noodle shop scenes and Haruka’s letter give the story a calm atmosphere before the baseball drama ramps up again.

We finally get the backstory lore and character depth needed to flesh out the Meisei baseball legacy, especially with the Tachibana brothers finding their rhythm. Even if the practice match felt a bit mid and the pacing dragged in the dugout, the new rival dynamics are fire.

The first scene is a bit chaotic and funny. The letter is so funny. This episode leans into the romance category, which is cute that they don't exaggerate the romance part. I also like how Touma is overthinking things and talking to himself.
