Megalobox 2: Nomad

It’s a fine addition, doesn’t have the spark the first season had, however it’s still entertaining. Joe is down on his luck and needs to make things right. Personally I felt the character assassinated him, but to each their own I suppose. So save for a few episodes, the rest of season 2 is pretty solid, it’s just the comparative issue is all.

Solo tengo por decir, hermoso. Es un anime que tiene un hilo argumental muy bonito y bien realizado. Esta última pelea nos muestra a dos hombres que están liberandose a los golpes. Es algo lindo de ver. Sachio tirando la toalla nos muestra algo que Joe no iba a permitir.

Tenemos una charla entre Joe y Yuri muy buena, que realmente necesitabamos. Lo de Mac tocando fondo y luego encontrando un motivo a través de la canción del colibrí me recordó a Chief :,)

Este episodio se siente más como una pausa antes del golpe final. Vemos la verdadera naturaleza de lo que le están haciendo a Mac. Por fin se siente una conversación honesta entre Joe y Sachio. Reitero que lo de Mac cada vez da más miedo

Lo que más destaco de este episodio es la conversación a través de los golpes entre Sachio y Joe, realmente siento que ambos tienen razón y están rotos. Liu le da la motivación a Joe de volver al ring y eso es algo importante... Se viene una pelea interesante :)

Realmente el capítulo se siente como una calma antes de algo malo. Por fin parece que Joe está reconstruyendo algo con los chicos y de alguna forma siento que lo están aceptando. Por otro lado la situación de Mac y esa charla final dan mala espina...

Acción?, mucha. Este es un episodio que nos regala una excelente pelea, esta vez entre Mac y Liu. Tiene una excelente animación y un sonido bueno igual. Definitivamente ese chip hace que Mac pase por cosas extrañas, creería que da hasta miedo verlo actuar de esa forma.

Antes que nada solo quiero decir : YURIIIIIIIII. Definitivamente el mejor personaje jeje. En este cap se introduce de alguna forma una nueva tecnología/actualización. La pelea entre Liu y Joe llega al peak cuando se quitan el equipo, es hermoso. Definitivamente Mac es extraño

Se puede ver que Joe aún tiene su corazón con los miembros del gimnasio, lo más duro no es ni siquiera la pelea arreglada, sino ver hasta dónde es capaz de llegar Nomad para intentar arreglar algo, se ven también detalles adicionales del porqué terminó alejándose de todos

Realmente este episodio más que ser nostálgico, me resultó triste. La nostalgia entra en volver a ver a los personajes con los que Joe comenzó su travesía y la tristeza entra cuando esos mismos personajes rechazan a lo que un día les brindó esperanza... Capítulo muy humano.

Este episodio te va contando lo que sucederá al final... Durante la pelea se reciben muchos golpes ilegales, hay flashbacks y una sensación de que algo malo va a suceder. Nos entrega nostalgia, acción y una apertura a un nuevo arco donde es Joe quien toma las riendas de su vida

Es un capítulo que te hace querer ver el siguiente lo más rápido posible, tiene buenas peleas, tiene superación, tiene drama y por sobre todo tiene a esos niños que odio. Estoy a la espera de ver cómo podrán resolver el incidente ocurrido al final del capítulo, muy recomendado.

Hermoso capítulo que gira más entorno a Chief y su gente. Vemos un lado más humano de todos los personajes, las visiones de Joe me hicieron lagrimear realmente. Aparecen nuevos personajes y una motivación nueva por parte de nuestro Nomad.

What a grand finale, all the plot lines were explored and came to their proper conclusions. Characters reached their full potential, and each story arc was good it paid off to be invested. Save for few hiccups here and there, and a bumpy ride in the beginning, it had a strong finish. Well till next time, hasta ver la luz…

It has come full circle the inexplicable link that ties Chief, Mac, and even Nanbu’s legacy together. We follow the events of Mac life to the man we see today. The dialogue was a bit wonky for a time, but it got back into the rhythm once more so it’s all good.

This episode has shown not just the correlation between the characters, but the juxtaposition as well. The most notable characters are Joe and Chief, and Yukiko and Sakuma emphasize these qualities. The mask finally comes off revealing Sakuma’s true nature. How will this revelation have an impact on the wider story? I hope there is a light to free our nomad from the clutches of evil.

Vuelve nuestro querido Joe, ahora como "Nomad". Se ve algo destruido peleando en circuitos clandestinos. Ver a chief le mete algo de contraste al capítulo. Todo se siente más pesado y triste que antes...

Another heartfelt episode, a good conclusion for one of the plots, the reason why Joe did what he did. Motifs, and symbolism can be found throughout this story. I’m glad I stuck to it, the final bout between the two has been foreshadowed since the first episode, it is only natural it’ll end with their match.

This is quite a sad, yet uplifting episode. The lengths some people will go to make a profit, even at the cost of another’s wellbeing. Then their are those willing to help others til it hurts. The secondary plot is very interesting, can’t wait to see how it all unfolds!

A banger episode fight was intense, and animation was electric! The opening scene looked real for a sec, implementing the rotoscoping technique there was masterful. This is a crazy episode, I don’t want to ruin it I’ll just leave this line here, “Let yourself be blinded by your ideals and you lose sight of lines you should never cross”. I always thought Yukiko, was cold, and uncaring but she’s pragmatic and listens to reason so there’s hope for her. Can’t say the same for business partner.
