okay so we finally check back in on japan and its toshis big moment finally arriving ngl hahahahah the contrast between goro grinding in the US mud and toshi handling the pressure of the japanese pro leagues is handled so well. watching him step onto that big stage feels good to this anime well an absolute watch for toshi hahahah
Liking the groove of the ED so far. Well, the episode was like the other side of the story. All is going well on Goro's side; still in the process of going to the top. Quite unexpected to watch another familiar character's career journey. The tone was serious as Toshi was cautious in his mind games.
The craftsmanship in this episode is genuinely amazing. It may sound simple, but the way the swings, movements, and even the sweat are animated makes everything so mesmerizing to watch. Beautifully crafted! Story-wise, this episode also feels incredibly merciless. I really like how everyone is struggling and being pushed to their limits, whether it’s Goro or Toshi.
