I’m really loving the emotional tension in this episode. To be fair, Momoko really deserves happiness too. She’s totally worthy of that. That said, Goro’s reaction is completely understandable, but what I love most is how mature and open he is.

This episode was a bit confusing and hard to accept, personally. The pacing was fast and barely couldn't keep up with the brewing romance. It was Goro's uncle that made the hint and Shigeno grabbed it. But well, time passed by and time will just tell. In previous eps, it was hinted that something was going on, too. That ending scene was an emotional, tear-jerker one.

It's a good episode in delving deeper into the relationship of Gorou and his mother. Seeing how the relationship dynamic works between them, I wasn't quite shocked to see the plot to focus on this matter after all. I like how it also focus on what both the mother and son really feels in order to make their feelings and relationship works. It's quite a hit too close at home but man it's good!
