This episode is quite mild compared to the more aggressive, emotionally stirring episodes. While there are some good emotional moments, it wasn’t as exciting. That said, this is a setup episode. On a positive note, I’m really loving the determination everyone is showing.

It was a thrilling episode. The tension was rather high as they clashed with another tough opponent. The emotion-deprived character was intriguing and the anticipation was high for what would be his next move. The pacing was just right, and that upsetting moment would let the team step up their game.

This episode starts the second match for Gorou and the gang against another team in the tournament. This episode put the focus on Ryouta which I personally love as from the first episode he seems like someone who will act as a rival for Gorou but throughout the episodes he grow into quite a different persona which I personally like.
