The Sudden Date
Mahoro stands under a vast night sky, contemplating the dwindling moments of her mechanical existence. The next morning, a sudden, almost desperate energy overtakes her as she bursts forth, announcing a date with Suguru. His surprised blushes and near-choke on breakfast are a testament to her uncharacteristic boldness. A quiet memory flashes back, of them by the water, Mahoro leaning into him, finding solace. This date is her attempt to grasp what little time remains.
The Pursuit Begins
Meanwhile, Ms. Shikijo sits alone in her squalid apartment, surrounded by trash, consumed by romantic misery. Her envy ignites as she spots Mahoro and Suguru cruising in a red convertible. What follows is a ridiculous chase, Shikijo on her Vespa screaming indignities while Mahoro calmly considers deploying surface-to-air missiles. Mahoro easily outpaces her, leaving Shikijo stranded and defeated on the roadside, tires blown.
Amusement Park Joys
Having escaped the initial pursuit, Mahoro and Suguru arrive in Yokohama, immersing themselves in the simple joys of an amusement park. They ride roller coasters, spin on a merry-go-round, and navigate a haunted house. Mahoro's eyes widen with genuine wonder at each new experience. Suguru watches her, happy to see her delight, even as her boundless energy occasionally overwhelms him.
Ferris Wheel Revelation
The mood shifts dramatically as they board the Ferris wheel, overlooking the glittering Yokohama harbor. Here, Mahoro decides to speak plainly, revealing that Ryuga, the mysterious teacher, is a Saint android. She assures Suguru the misunderstanding has been resolved, but a heavy sadness lingers in her expression. Suguru listens, his concern for her growing as he faces the reality of her dangerous life.
Penguin Spy
Back on solid ground, Mahoro and Suguru enjoy ice cream, unaware of the absurd lengths Shikijo has gone to follow them. She hides inside a giant penguin mascot costume, suffering from the heat and weight. Her misery culminates in a comedic collapse from heatstroke, surrounded by curious children, her elaborate spy mission ending in utter humiliation.
Chinatown Elegance
The date continues in Yokohama's vibrant Chinatown. Mahoro discovers a shop selling traditional dresses and emerges in a stunning red Cheongsam, her hair styled in ox-horns. Suguru is left breathless, blushing deeply at her transformation. They walk the crowded streets, drawing admiring glances, as Mahoro revels in the rare chance to feel like an ordinary girl, confident and beautiful.
The Hungry Observer
Over a lavish Chinese lunch, Mahoro and Suguru share bites, their contentment a stark contrast to Shikijo's predicament. Disheveled and starving, she watches them from behind a partition, her stomach loudly betraying her. Her attempt to order food is thwarted by the realization she left her wallet in the abandoned penguin suit. Her hunger and frustration are played for laughs, a continuing motif of her futile efforts.
The Weight of Time
As night falls, they walk along a scenic overlook, the city lights shimmering below. Mahoro voices her profound gratitude for the day, claiming unprecedented happiness. Yet, Suguru catches a flicker of intense sadness in her eyes, a fleeting moment she quickly masks. Later, on a bridge, Mahoro becomes quiet, trembling slightly as she confronts the reality of her approaching end. Suguru tries to offer comfort, but the unspoken countdown hangs heavy between them.
An Unlikely Alliance
The heavy silence on the bridge is abruptly shattered by a group of street thugs harassing Suguru. In a sudden, chaotic turn, Ms. Shikijo falls from a tree, landing hard but quickly recovering to defend him. Mahoro and Shikijo then unite, turning terrifying glares on the criminals. The sheer intensity of their combined menace sends the thugs fleeing in terror.
A Quiet Promise
The trio begins the slow journey home. Shikijo, utterly drained, leans on Mahoro for support, still grumbling about the day's events. Mahoro shows a rare moment of patient kindness towards her rival. In the car, Suguru falls asleep, exhausted. Mahoro watches him, her mechanical heart aching with affection, whispering a silent promise to protect his happiness for as long as she can. The car disappears into the night, the stark text "300 days remaining" appearing.
The Warrior's Resolve
In a post-credits sequence, Mahoro dons her combat uniform once more. Slash, the mechanical black cat, watches from the window, questioning her resolve. Mahoro looks out at the moon, her expression hardened. She confirms her decision to confront Ryuga, believing this fight will secure her peaceful life with Suguru. With lethal speed, she leaps into the night, heading toward her destiny.
EPISODE REVIEWS

It's very sweet seeing both Mahoro and Suguru being awkward and cute during their sudden date, although this episode would've been so much better without Shikijo sensei wasn't in it, as usual. The scene under the bridge was a massive let down tho, I know anime protagonists are usually dumb but this was just irritating.

Aww, I really feel for Mahoro. It is so great to see her and Suguru finally opening up to each other properly. Seeing Mahoro and Suguru connect on a real, human level is amazing. It makes the whole situation way more emotional knowing they are running out of time but watching them get closer like this is definitely worth it.

I feel sad that the best servant character, Mahoro, is now separated from Sugoro to prepare for the Final Face duel against the enemy, and yeah, the emotional feel is bittersweet romance tension as the last impact on the viewer
