The prep before the inevetable battle. Despite having three individual plots that's happening simultaneously, I personally think the author wrote it really well, by focusing on one instead of mashing all three. And this time, we continued with Akatsuki's plot, as everyone prepped for battle. I think I know where this is going, especially if you read some of the flavor text that flashed on screen. I feel like this episode also shows the determination of both Akatsuki and the princess, especially after what happened in episode prior. Can't wait for the next episode!
This one leaned more into the political side of the story and focused less on action. I liked how it showed more of the conversations, planning, and social stuff that makes the series different from other isekai. It might feel slow if you’re looking for fights, but it was interesting seeing the characters handle things in a different way. A good episode for anyone who enjoys the more behind-the-scenes side of the story.
The all out defense mission is this episode is incredible. The tone is pure hype as the girls coordinate their abilities. The clashing animation looked solid, and provided the side cast some well deserved character development.
