EPISODE REVIEWS

We continued the raid, and once again, they expanded the world building, making us understand how the raid boss works in this world. What I really like tho is how they explored William's character, especially after what happened in the previous season, and also Demiqras' but we only get bits and pieces of him here and there. But what I'm truly excited about is what would happen on the other side, the Plot-B involving Akatsuki back in Akiba, especially after that ominous ending.

This episode brought back more of the action side of Log Horizon. It had a stronger adventure feel and focused more on teamwork and strategy during a dangerous challenge. The animation was decent, and it was a nice change of pace after the slower, more dialogue-heavy episodes. It had good pacing and kept things interesting. I'd recommend watching it, especially if you were waiting for more action.

The tension is this episode is quite obvious as the raid group dropped into the labyrinth. The pacing was picked up quite nicely, while the tone ensured maintained proper balance between the mechanics and a looming mystery. The animation was looking pretty slick.
