EPISODE REVIEWS

A pretty dark episode, it shows us more about what the Earless were like before. It also presents Players in a different light, showing that they're not as heroic as some might think. Overall, an emotional-driven episode with a truly unexpected twist. One of my favorites so far!

The deeper we understand Jimi’s past, the more impactful it becomes. This episode balances emotion well, moving from shock and nervousness to a sad moment, then an intense action scene. It also foreshadows that something bad could happen in a future episode.

Honestly, this one feels more emotional than action-heavy. What starts as another journey suddenly becomes painful when Echo gets sick. The truth about the Earless makes the story feel sad instead of scary. Mu staying by Echo’s side the entire time made the episode feel heartfelt and heavy. The hidden island vibe felt haunting, and Echo’s quiet fear made this one of the series’ strongest episodes.
