Compared to the previous episodes, this one is more on the "slice of life," where we see our main heroes in a big city, finding work and going about their lives. It also goes a bit more in-depth on who Jimi Stonefree is. It still has the visually stunning fight scenes, but they're shallower compared to previous episodes. Overall, a nice little chill episode, and a good way to take a breather with all the craziness that's happened so far.
In this episode, we see Mu and Echo develop as they work toward becoming the strongest partners. The early part moves at a slower pace, and I don’t think it was necessary to drag things out just to find out about Jimi. That said, if you’re patient enough, the second half delivers a promising action sequence and a satisfying scene!
Feels quieter and more emotional than the earlier episodes. The snowy setting gives the story a lonely but beautiful vibe, while Echo and Mu grow closer in a natural way. The episode focuses more on feelings and relationships, making the emotional scenes feel stronger and more memorable than the battles and fights.
