📖 SYNOPSIS
Kino Tokyo Tree Products presents its mission to address the ecological issues facing Tokyo's mountains. After World War II, the mountains were stripped of trees to rebuild the city. While new trees were planted, they haven't matured, and imported lumber has flooded the market. This has left the mature lumber from Tokyo's mountains unused, disrupting the ecosystem. Kino Tokyo Tree Products offers wood products, gifts, and crafts that reflect traditional Japanese culture. The company aims to responsibly harvest the dense lumber from the mountains, providing a sustainable solution while celebrating Japanese heritage.
