Episode Context

Positioned at Episode 19 of 25, this continues the arc that Episode 18 opened by surfacing Chizuru's romantic feelings, dedicating real narrative space to a character who's often played the supportive best friend role. It deepens the emotional stakes beyond Sawako and Kazehaya's central dynamic, setting the stage for relationship developments in the season's final stretch. This mid-to-late season shift signals the show broadening its emotional scope heading into its closing episodes.
