Okay the dynamic between the Master and Aoi is fairly better this episode. There's a finally a show of vulnerability and there's more smidgen more emotion on their scenes, but that's basically meeting the bare minimum of romantic troupes for my taste, so this is just a matter of consistency at this point forward. I adore that Aoi's expansion of her menu involve expanding the world building of the Hidden Realm, but the designs isn't exactly breathtaking or anything.

Okay the tube kittens are precious. Beyond the cuteness I really enjoyed the extra focus on Byakuya and Aoi's past. Her fear of thunder suddenly makes a lot more sense while the foreign delicacy market was such a cool setting. But aside that Aoi can absolutely be reckless although I don't think every bad situation is entirely her fault. Ayakashi influence can overwhelm humans who aren't experienced enough to resist it. The bigger issue for me is that her ignoring Oodanna's warning about the market, though? Yeah that one deserves a facepalm.
