Aoi is just too nice for her own good. I enjoyed the return to the cozy tone with the little green creature providing some cute comedy. But things get pretty unsettling in the second half. After what Aoi encounters she definitely needs to be more careful exploring the town alone. Chibi is super cute, and the new allies are promising. Now I'm curious what trouble awaits in accounting.

Chibi is such a great addition to the cast. He's little but has a smart mouth, I love him. I will die for him. Aoi's fearlessness and honest expression is something I hope to see more without being hampered by the good girl character from shoujo stereotype. So far, the relationship between her and the Master Innkeeper is still lukewarm as they don't have any depth in their exchange or address the past treatment. At this point, the premise has been brushed away and her being Shiro's grand daughter held more weight to the narrative.
