We got progression in Aoi and Odanna's relationships! Though, I hope we get Aoi and the ice lady bonding time! Never let a man stop you from friendship.
This episode does a great job expanding the Hidden Realm. I really liked the unique rules introduced here especially the flower life time limit. Suzuran's story was surprisingly sweet and the interactions involving Oordana and the heir were fun. Aoi is finally starting to feel at home here.
The Ogre Master is being abruptly nice to Aoi after she proved herself in the last episode, which I personally don't like because Aoi immediately gets taken in by him. He hasn't apologized for his behavior, and even if human morality doesn't apply, the fact Aoi doesn't demand it makes it seem she doesn't have enough self-respect when she is shown to easily blush from praises and gift. The lore and setting is pretty standard. The only good thing is Aoi's self defense and O-ryo getting the consequences of her action.
