They're not lazy or cynical about conquering humanity; they genuinely believe helping with the dishes is somehow step one of their master plan. The cultural gap between kaiju logic and normal human life drives most of the comedy, and it's the kind of wholesome, low-stakes stuff that works perfectly as a wind-down watch. The short sketch format keeps things breezy, and DLE's rounded character designs in soft pastel colors give it a cozy, almost storybook look.
