A Sister's All You Need
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Fight every instinct telling you to bail during the first scene. The opening minutes of A Sister's All You Need are deliberately, aggressively unhinged, a fake-out so absurd it almost dares you to drop it. If you push past that, what you actually get is a surprisingly grounded comedy about young adults trying to make it as light novel authors. Itsuki Hashima is a 20-year-old novelist with an unhealthy fixation on little sisters as a literary theme. His circle includes Nayuta Kani, a prodigy author who's openly thirsty for him; Haruto Fuwa, a successful writer quietly wrestling with impostor syndrome; Miyako, a college friend navigating her own feelings; and Chihiro, Itsuki's younger step-brother who keeps the household running. The 12-episode TV series from SILVER LINK. spends its time on their hangouts: board games, drinking, deadlines, tax season, while weaving in genuine conversations about creative insecurity, rejection, and what it means to keep writing when the industry doesn't care. The romance threads develop slowly and feel earned rather than forced. If you liked the otaku culture angle of Eromanga Sensei or OreImo but wished those shows spent more time on the actual craft side and less on wish fulfillment, this one scratches that itch. The ecchi comedy is definitely there, but it sits alongside real character work. It's a hangout show with people you end up caring about more than you expected.

Loved the conclusion of the first season. Also since it's episode 12, the extra transition of the intro music is really really nice! I really felt the whole story not just from the plot, but from the characters that has been built up from the start! 10/10 series!
WKWKWKWKWK EPISODE MACAM APA INI WOIIIII? WKWKWKWKWK BUGIL BUGIL DAN BUGIL. APASIH? WKWKWKWK
Another chilling episode at Itsuki's. Yet here I am still waiting for the big reveal! Will it be revealed this season? I do hope it does! Also, the episode is an ecchi galore! Non stop lewdness makes it funny!
What the actual F. This episode caught me off guard though I already had a hint! Still, what a surprise! Literally wondering how will Itsuki handle that situation if that day comes! I am not spoiling anything but all I can say, it's an episode with a huge reveal!
This episode felt like it had the Shimoneta anime vibe in it if you know what I mean! Pure comedy since romance was set aside here! Really appreciate the anime reference since I am a huge fan of Shimoneta back in the day!
The romance here is overly dramatic! Too much emotion and sadness! Not just pure happiness which makes the episode realistic! The realism of "it's not always a happy ending for everybody" can be applied here!
Those are literally anime references. And there are multiple! I really loved it! Though the episode felt like a filler, it's a no problem for me since I did really enjoy the plot here!
Hooooo.... cinta segitigaaaaa... kok menarik giniiii wkwkwk.
Apalagi di-endingnya sangat payoff bangeeettt
The perfectly cut of mentioning "Eromanga sensei" is way too funny. I knew they were putting other anime references in this series which makes it immersive for people like me watching these type of shows! Promoting something but not totally promoting since it's competition! Understandable move!
Majority of the episode was quite boring. No screen time for the other side characters that much. Though they focused more on Itsuki which was alright. Just sure hope I get to see more of the girls on the next episode!
I'd say the episode was chill. Also the new character would be an addition to the chaos we are currently having and I really mean it in a good way! She looked like that one character in Eromanga Sensei Anime! Does it have anything to do with that anime? Maybe an easter egg?
WTF! That egg scene, the animation, the lewdness. Peak and funny! I'm pretty sure the target audience for that fan service are singles! Ahahahaha It was a fun episode! Also drunk Itsuki is a very honest person! Love it
Not that even far away from the series you can literally tell Miyako Shirakawa has a good heart! Also even if this anime is slight ecchi, there are still dark pasts which makes this series more interesting!
The amount of dirty jokes or lewdness is funny! Coming from a girl as well made it even funnier! Now I guess I'll be watching another Manga/novel creator anime once again but this time, lewd!
