Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 12
⚡ ALL REVIEWS
Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara face a true crucible against formidable curses. Teaming with the pragmatic Nanami, Yuji gets a harsh baptism by fire into the unforgiving reality of jujutsu sorcery. With everyone surviving by the skin of their teeth, the existential threat is clear!
This is probably the best dark shonen out there currently and this episode is totally a perfect 10/10... the best part about it is how it respects the phrase 'dark fantasy' meaning i like how it is satisfyingly 50% heartbreaking tragedy and 50% raw, hype action
This just got crazy really fast! This had great emotions and amazingly animated fight as Mahito shows just how ruthless and sinister he can be!
This was a tragically beautiful episode that showed the true cost of being a Jujutsu Sorcerer. I was truly caught off guard by the events of this episode. Despite the show's tone, I didn't expect that level of darkness and the denial of redemption.
Absolute tragedy. I hate Mahito, but that’s why he’s a peak villain. Seeing the greatest curse 0-diff him was so satisfying, a total aura check. Incredible storyline that balances grit with high-stakes action. MAPPA is cooking with the emotional weight. 10/10.
Nanami confronts Mahito in a tense, strategic fight that reveals the disturbing nature of his ability. As the battle escalates, Nanami remains composed and analytical, realizing he is facing a uniquely dangerous and unpredictable curse.
This episode is an introductory of how cruel the Jujutsu world is for Itadori. Despite a short lived connection between Yuji and Junpei, it did not fail to pull heart strings when Mahito transformed Junpei into his demise. Pushing Itadori's compassion to its limit.
Episode 12 hits hard emotionally. The stakes feel real, and the choices the characters face carry weight without ever feeling forced. Horror and tension are balanced with deep character insight, making it one of the most impactful episodes so far.
A sobering pivot that questions idealism in a cruel world. Emotional clarity replaces brute force, grounding its supernatural conflict in moral uncertainty.
Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara go head-to-head with some seriously strong cursed spirits. Yuji teams up with Nanami and gets a real lesson in how tough being a sorcerer can be. Megumi and Nobara have their own close calls too. This episode really shows how dangerous the world is.
Gojo vs Jogo is incredible. Gojo shows his full power, stopping Jogo’s attacks with ease while the fight’s animation and massive explosions make it both thrilling and visually stunning. It perfectly highlights how unstoppable Gojo really is.
Even the quieter scenes carry weight. The pacing gives room for character development and tension building.
