This episode is really fun! It shows some funny family moments with Hori and her family, and Izumi is part of the story too. It’s a light and enjoyable watch with lots of cute and funny sibling scenes.

Ada sedikit flashback diawal eps yang bikin kita paham "ah, ternyata ini asal muasal sifatnya." 😂 Bener-bener episode ini chaos banget karena dynamic keluarga Hori. Tapi sikap gentle Miyamura perlu banget diacungi jempol, sampe bikin plot twist diakhiran episode hahah. Ceritanya cukup simple tapi tetep menghibur dengan komedi absurd nya.

We’re treated to a lovely flashback. Hori is such a gentle soul, it’s quite heart fluttering to see how he behaves🫠 The plot is well structured and really entertaining. The message comes across clearly to the audience. Despite all the chaos in the Hori family, the story feels truly profound. The character development is absolutely brilliant.

Episode Context

The penultimate episode of Horimiya: Piece plants itself firmly in the Hori household, trading the usual school corridors for a domestic setting that lets the series flex its slice-of-life strengths. Expect a warm, easygoing episode built around family dynamics. Kyouko navigating her dad Kyousuke's antics, Souta's endearing presence, and Miyamura fitting into the family orbit with his usual quiet charm. The tone swings between genuinely funny family comedy and those understated emotional beats Horimiya does best, where a small gesture or offhand remark carries real weight. Pacing is unhurried and deliberate, giving each interaction room to breathe. This isn't a high-stakes episode, it's a character-driven portrait of what home looks like when relationships are layered, messy, and fundamentally loving. A comfort-food entry before the finale.
