The animation totally skyrocketed compared from the 1985 adaptation. The old gag that may not be funny were turned with a new touch. Some of the scenes from the original 1st episode were still catered hence, the exaggerating captions and sound effects were no longer used.

In my opinion the episode was fantastic, from the opening to the introduction of the characters. The different characters are easily recognizable. The voice acting and backgrounds are top-notch, I give a thumbs up from here.
