This episode marks the return of a certain silent character and the debut of the updated Super Street Fighter II. It’s charming how the show teaches viewers certain game inputs while Haruo plays. While the episode retains its humor and charm, it also introduces a misunderstanding that makes parts of it somewhat frustrating to sit through.

Hi Score Girl Episode 6 had emotional moments because Haruo finally met his old friend again. The reunion felt meaningful and made the episode very exciting to watch. The emotions between the characters were portrayed really well.
