Episode 10 is a setup episode that pays off a long-running mystery but does so at the expense of the show's comedic rhythm. Airu is a compelling addition—strong, kind, and clearly important to Ryusei in ways that threaten everything Meteor has been building toward. The Amao subplot feels rushed, but the character moments land. With only two episodes left, the show is setting up a love triangle that it may not have time to properly resolve. But for now, it's enough to see Meteor finally have a real rival.
