A slow-paced episode with many deep conversations; there isn't much action, but the plot develops quite well. It's canon within the story and entertaining to watch despite the lack of battles. Recommended.

Come on, they actually put all the Chapeaux together in one scene. Honestly, give the translator a raise because the pun game today was elite. Such a fun episode.

Jiro looking after sick kumi got me emotional, i do admire their bonds.

Episode Context

At episode 9 of 12, Giant Beasts of Ars is entering its endgame corridor where alliances solidify and the central conflict sharpens. Previous episodes have been building the world's mythology around the colossal beasts and the human factions entangled with them, and this installment likely crystallizes key relationships before the final three-episode push. Expect this to serve as a crucial bridge, resolving mid-season tensions while laying the emotional and narrative groundwork for the climax ahead.
