Pazu finally getting his own focus episode! the underground world of face sculptors was fascinating. the noir vibes were strong and the atmosphere was moody. love when SAC takes time to explore the smaller corners of its world. solid standalone.
It's a quieter investigative episode but the face sculptor concept is genuinely fascinating and the show uses it to dig into identity and disguise in ways that feel very GitS. Kuze becomes more mysterious and more human at the same time through this episode.
Pazu episode. a woman is impersonating him. trying to get him killed. turns out it's an ex-lover who wants revenge. the whole thing is a Vanilla Sky homage. but the important part? the designer of Kuze's face is already dead. Pazu killed him years ago. 💔
