Motoko's past finally getting explored hit different. the slower, more emotional episodes are always the best. the way they animate her fragmented memories was beautiful. that connection to someone from her past adds so much depth to her character.

the episode was a slow burn. the atmosphere during the recruit testing had this quiet tension, and the way the hack pulled motoko into her own past was unsettling. the details in the memory felt lived in worn walls, old furniture, that art print on the wall 😶
