Synopsis
In Japan, there exists a government agency known as the Supernatural Disaster Countermeasures Division (SDCD), whose duty is to protect the citizens from creatures unseen. They are able to dispatch these monsters swiftly and without alerting the general public. But currently, they face a different challenge: the betrayal of one of their own. After the death of her mother several years ago, Kagura Tsuchimiya has been fostered by the Isayama family and forms a close sister-like bond with their daughter Yomi. The two become inseparable, and together they work for the SDCD as highly skilled exorcists. However, as the stress and consequences of their sacred duty weigh on them both, and family politics come into play, Kagura and Yomi begin to slowly drift apart. One of them grows earnestly into her role as an exorcist, and the other heads down a dark path from which there may be no redemption.

Overall this is a good action anime, the animation and style are great. Action sequences are awesome. Stortwise it really caught me off guard on how the story flow, it took me several episodes to finally get it, and from there I really appreciated it.
What an intense fight, great action sequence with an awesome animation.
The episode finally caught up with the current events. There is not much to say here, it's literally watching the first two episodes again.
Really great episode with amazing action and emotional impact. It was pretty sad too, and the ending definitely leaves you wanting more.
This episode does a great job of making you hate certain characters. It has a lot of action, great animation, and it's very bloody.
Everything has come together now that the flashbacks are over. About halfway through, the episode gets really intense, emotional, and a bit sad.
A disheartening episode, the suffering is far to great to bare for a person. A very good episode with good plot. And lets go back to some kick ass action already.
I guess this will be the last flashback episode, since this answers most of the main plot holes for the present events. This backstory really is traumatizing, with good narrative.
One tragic episode to another, it feels that the pacing started to slowdown because of the continous tragedy. They are trying to tie up lose ends, and in the process makes the story a bit slow-paced.
A tragic event, I feel sorry for Kagura to experience all of that. I guess the flasback is the main storyline, and the present is to entice the viewers. Having to understand what the writer is trying to convey, this is a good episode.
Beautiful but tragic ending. The dark colors and haunting views make the final fight look super intense.
The big, quiet streets makes me feel like a huge fight is coming soon.
The dark shadows and fire looked amazing, and the visuals really captured the creepy destruction.
A shocking twist happens, the camera moves fast and crazy, making the evil vibe feel super scary.
This episode is super interesting but it really tests your patience. The camera movements are great, though.
This mix of romance and sadness makes you excited for the next episode to find out who killed the man. The camera moves are also quite good.
Probably the saddest episode so far. There are a lot of emotions at play, along with some exposition explaining what happened. There's no action, but it still kept me hooked and excited to see what happens next.
A silly break, but the ghost still looks weird. Strange camera tricks keep you feeling totally uneasy.
Very sad episode. It did a great job of making the villain so hateable. The flashback is almost caught up to the main timeline, and things are getting really intense.
I love how this episode has funny parts and a dark mystery. The sweet vibe makes the scary story fun to watch.
