EPISODE REVIEWS

Episode Context

As the direct successor to Season 1's conclusion, this episode functions as a deliberate reset, reestablishing Beryl's circumstances and recalibrating his relationships before new pressures arrive. The reintroduction of Alyucia in an elevated role signals that the season intends to explore how the bonds Beryl forged now carry greater stakes. What is set up here, in terms of character positioning and unresolved tensions, forms the foundation that subsequent episodes will build upon.
