I thought this episode did a nice job showing that cooking isn't only about the final dish. Megumi and Ryo have such different personalities that even the way they work in the kitchen feels completely different. I also like that the episode doesn't rush anything and lets the tension build naturally. It definitely made me want to jump straight into the next episode 😆

SO INTENSE!!! i'm loving the huge contrast in foods the last two episodes... but this stood out even more with the most intense person ever vs. a quieter character!! can't believe they left it on a cliffhanger too omg... i wonder how much research the mangaka had to do to come up with things like this
