Makoto would be doing activities that involve magic. A visitor came by to surprise Makoto as well. Personally, it was engaging to see how Makoto was working hard to improve her magic.

This entire episode was very fun and relaxing to watch. I love how this series can make even the simplest moments feel enjoyable to watch. This episode also introduces Akane, and I already love her personality. It made a lot of her scenes end up being some of my favorite moments in this episode.

Episode Context

Positioned early at episode three of twelve, this installment builds on Makoto's arrival and her encounter with the Harbinger of Spring by shifting focus toward her active efforts to learn, both practically and magically, within her new home. It deepens her relationship with the Kuramoto family and her connection to the rural landscape, establishing the foundational rhythm the season will maintain. This groundwork sets the stage for new magical encounters and community bonds that expand steadily across the remaining episodes.
