I love how this episode showed more of Anzu. Her scenes made me want to see more of her because I found her personality and interests to be really entertaining. I also like the whale's design, it looked like it would belong inside of a fantasy world.

Coming off episode 10's grounded, everyday charm with cooking mishaps and bee encounters, this penultimate episode elevates the scale of wonder significantly while maintaining the series' signature tranquility. As the second-to-last episode, it represents Flying Witch's most expansive brush with the mystical world, serving as a breathtaking crescendo before the finale shifts toward more personal, introspective territory in 'A Witch's Robe and Different Ways to Spend the Day.'
