EPISODE REVIEWS

Isakanda is the goat

Un episodio que fortalece el vínculo entre Rider y Waver. Aquí Iskandar traspasaría su filosofía a ese muchacho. Luego veríamos en el anime Lord el Melloi II las consecuencias que tuvo, así como su importancia en Waver.

Episode Context

As the final episode of Season 1, 'Forbidden Banquet' caps off a first half defined by alliance-building, strategic maneuvering, and the iconic Kings' Banquet by pivoting to deeper character exploration, particularly for Waver/Rider and Caster/Ryunosuke. It builds directly on the shifting dynamics established in 'The Grail's Invitation' while laying critical groundwork for the escalating confrontations that will dominate Season 2's opening stretch. This is a bridge episode by design, ensuring the war's second act begins with fully realized characters and clearly drawn battle lines.
