Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya 2Wei Herz!

The episode delivers action, suspense, and drama that are fitting for a season finale. Want to know more about Miyu and her past? What about the Gilgamesh Card? All of that will be explored in the next season, along with the mysterious individual shown after the ED. The soundtrack once again did an amazing job carrying the episode, and using the OP during the fight was a really nice touch.

There's a big reveal in this episode that's connected to the Cards. It starts out pretty funny since it picks up right where the previous episode left off, but things get much heavier as the episode progresses and more revelations are revealed. The soundtrack also deserves special mention as it really carries the episode and adds a lot of weight to its more dramatic moments.

Based on the events of the previous episode, you would probably expect the action to be even bigger this time, right? Well, you'll have to watch the episode to find out. Despite the tense atmosphere, the episode still throws in a few small jokes here and there, making sure things don't get too heavy. There's also a big lore drop about the fourth grail war as well as some speculation about how the Cards might be connected to it.

Keep in mind that this is only the beginning of an even more amazing series of events in the story. Congratulations on making it this far, and now enjoy this episode to the fullest. A big thumbs-up to Silver Link for this amazing adaptation. The action scene is absolutely incredible and the soundtrack perfectly complements it. Surely, by the end of the episode, you've already figured out who the Eighth Card is. If not, then you truly deserve to be called a mongrel 😏

This is the episode where the series starts to change gears. The shift isn't abrupt, as it begins much like the previous episodes before gradually changing direction around the middle. Along the way, a few small pieces of information are revealed as they prepare to retrieve the Eighth Card, signaling that the story is beginning to move back toward its main plot.

Let's not forget the important summer festival episode. It's still a laid-back episode but toward the end, there's a small hint about someone acting odd that Kuro herself has noticed.

Although there is a small scene at the beginning of the episode showing their progress toward finding a path to the Eighth Card, this is still very much a laid-back episode. This time, Illya and her friends visit an amusement park with Irisviel as their chaperone. It's another silly and lighthearted episode with a lot of sneakily inserted fate references but for me, the highlight was the small cameo of Saber Lion 😆

This episode shifts the focus toward the side characters, particularly Mimi and Suzuka. Much like the previous two episodes, it embraces the series' silly and chaotic side, with very little focus on the main plot. In fact, the Eight Card isn't mentioned at all in this episode. However, a content warning is worth mentioning: the episode heavily features fujoshi and BL-related jokes and themes. If you have a strong aversion to that kind of content, this may be an episode worth skipping.

It's a beach episode, and it carries the same mood as the previous episode, but I think everything was amplified tenfold here. Tatsuko's family is also introduced in this episode, along with Bazette's more silly side. The entire episode is filled with silliness and chaos, but that is part of its charm. In the end, what matters most is that everyone had fun and enjoyed their day together.

With the semester over and summer just around the corner, Illya and her friends are getting ready for their beach trip. After the big events of the previous episode, it is pretty much back to the usual Illya shenanigans, with the episode focusing more on the lighter side of things. That said, the episode still makes progress on the main story. Rin and Luvia are shown preparing for their mission to retrieve the Eighth Card, giving the episode a few scenes that keep the larger plot moving forward. There is also a subtle hint regarding Miyu’s true identity. However, the scene is intentionally vague, so anime-only viewers will probably have little idea of what it is actually foreshadowing at this point. P.S. I'm having second thoughts about whether to recommend skipping the OP. It really fits the season, but there are also a few spoiler-heavy shots that make me hesitate.

SON T_T! That ain't a normal relationship, bro! Kidding aside, this episode is truly an epic one. From the narrative direction and battle animation to the visuals, everything is simply so fun to watch. That said, while I find the animation really nice, I am kinda bothered by the CGI, especially the CGI on Kid Gil. It's just... well, it's not badly done, but it's weird to look at, if you're getting what I'm pointing at. Overall, I really like how this series wrapped up. The way everything concluded was really satisfying.

Even in his kid form, he remains so arrogant and narcissistic, LOL! Well, he wouldn't be him if he didn't act like that. That said, this episode is kinda sad. I really pity Miyu, but to be honest, I am quite mad at Miyu in this episode. She could always rely on Illya, bro!

An unknown archer with that arsenal of weapons? Heh, that was too easy to guess, LOL! That said, it's not surprising for this bro to be this strong. On a funny note, I thought Illya would ask something more serious, but then she asked that one, LMAO! I nearly spit my drink out watching that scene. The mood there was just so serious, man! On another side note, the yuri fanservice in this episode is really... insane. The sexual tension is just so intense.

Epic episode! I really like the overall direction of this episode. The animation during the fight, the visuals, the voice acting—everything is just so cool to watch. Speaking of cool, I really am a sucker for Bazett's character design. It's just so cool. P.S. I really love her Ascension 3 form in FGO, hehe.

I've been enjoying the SoL element so much that I almost forgot about the real plot of this series already, LOL! That said, this episode is finally touching on the deeper plot points. Though, while it was dragged out until now, I don't find the pacing to be really bad, as the stories in the previous episodes were really enjoyable.

Miyu really has no filter, huh? That said, it's actually about the enjoyment and fun, not the price. Speaking of which, this episode is surprisingly deep. I initially thought this was gonna be another chill episode, but the plot this time seems pretty relevant.

Hot damn! Irisviel looks so good in that outfit, not gonna lie. It's not an overstatement to say that my reactions were exactly like Tatsuko's, LOL! Kidding aside, I really like the vibes in this episode. It's pretty chill and cozy, and also pretty wholesome.

The direction in this episode is really funny. There's no need to go that far for that, no? LOL! That said, how Illya instantly shut that manga closed got me laughing so hard. And at this point, I think it's over for Mimi, SMH.

Hahaha, I really like how they break up that wholesome moment with such a comedic scene. It just made the mood a lot better. That said, I really like the gags in this episode. Seeing Shirou become such an enthusiast had me giggling.

It's not wrong for girls to do that? Buddy, do we live in two different worlds? Well, I guess so, LOL! That said, this episode literally gave me this face: "( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)". To nitpick, though, I know how bad the fanservice in this series is, but I just don't really vibe with it. P.S. I'm fine with yuri, though, kekw.
