📖 SYNOPSIS

"ef - a tale of memories" follows two interconnected storylines. The first centers on Hiro Hirono, who meets Miyako Miyamura on Christmas Eve after she chases a thief and damages his bike. They spend the holiday together, and soon discover they attend the same school, leading to a growing relationship. This sparks jealousy in Kei Shindou, Hiro's childhood friend who harbors feelings for him, creating a love triangle.

The second storyline features Renji Asou, who meets Chihiro Shindou, Kei's twin sister, at an abandoned train station. Chihiro suffers from a memory condition, only retaining memories for 13 hours. Despite this, they form a bond, and Renji learns of Chihiro's dream to write a novel. He then dedicates himself to helping her achieve her goal, while also supporting her through the challenges of her condition.
