EPISODE REVIEWS
For my first time interacting with this series, I really enjoyed this first episode. The animation is really good and is complemented by the soundtrack and the characters are pretty interesting thus far. Looking forward to what's next.
Pilot episode waste no time throwing us right back into the beautiful, sprawling web of urban legends, gang warfare, and everyday insanity that make the original series really good. The anime manages to feel like a warm, cozy reunion while simultaneously injecting a fresh dose of mystery and adrenaline. Ikebukuro is just as chaotic, weird, and addictive as I last saw it.
Durarara!!×2 Shou returns with the same chaotic energy that made the series so addictive. The cast is reintroduced smoothly alongside new faces. Celty shines throughout the episode, while the anime maintains its appeal just like in S1. A strong and engaging start.
