I honestly dont mind the filler that much even if I know this isnt Namek, because seeing Vegeta dwell on his loss to Goku is interesting and he is so obsessed with his power level and you can tell his pride is totally destroyed after that fight on Earth and it makes him way more intimidating for whatever comes next for everyone
