Episode Context

Following Goku's decisive confrontation with Beerus on King Kai's planet in Episode 5, this episode relocates the action to Earth and puts Beerus directly among the Z Fighters for the first time during Bulma's birthday party. It serves as a critical pressure-cooker setup, establishing the volatile dynamic between Beerus and the cast that will drive the escalating conflict in upcoming episodes. At just episode 6 of 131, this is still early-arc groundwork, building toward the larger battles and transformations that define Dragon Ball Super's opening saga.
