Episode Context

Episode 50 picks up directly from Episode 49's cliffhanger arrival of Goku Black in the present timeline, converting that setup into a full-scale confrontation. Sitting in the early stretch of the Future Trunks Saga, this episode deepens the mystery around Goku Black while establishing the tactical and temporal obstacles the heroes face. It sets the stage for the saga's next phase, where the characters must find alternative paths back to the future and confront an escalating threat.
