Episode Context

Episode 47 marks the official launch of the Future Trunks saga, immediately following the conclusion of the lightweight Duplicate Vegeta mini-arc. It serves as a clean narrative reset, shifting the series toward its most sustained and tonally dark storyline yet. Everything here, the worldbuilding, the timeline split, the introduction of a new enemy, is foundation-laying for a major arc that will dominate the next stretch of episodes.
